Some people are nerdy enough to have a favourite regulation. This design was inspired by a brilliant Part 141 ground instructor in an Aviation and Aerospace Science department in Colorado.
This is § 91.3 Responsibility and authority of the pilot in command. — The regulation that says
congratulations, you’re in charge. Do what has to be done. Break the rule if you have to. Deal with the rest later...
If you know what § 91.3 means, you already get it. If you do not, this shirt still looks damn good. Final authority looks good on you.
